Demi joins The Fruit and Veg Man!
I’m thrilled to introduce our very first female franchisee – Demi!
She’ll be our fruit and veg ledge in Northamptonshire, officially starting on November 29th 2024. This journey is about helping Demi achieve the life she envisions, running her own business on her terms.
A milestone worth celebrating: we now have as many women as men across our entire business, a balance I’m incredibly proud of. Every woman I’ve met in franchising has been a powerhouse – inspiring, resilient, and some of the best business minds I know.
The industry I am in is traditionally all men (many, not so nice) so having women come in and break down barriers and thrive not just in business but in the independent fruit and veg industry is doing to be amazing!
Who run da world? GIRLS!
Over the last few months, I’ve been focused on making sure Demi has every possible support pre-launch. Her dedication and drive have been nothing short of extraordinary, and I have no doubt she’ll succeed in whatever she sets her mind to. We’re incredibly lucky to have her!
