Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with any of the products or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The items, once delivered are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you have ordered and we have tried to deliver at the time you have asked for and no one is at home, then we will try our best to reschedule with you once you have contacted us the same day or the day after, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund. Our boxes are made specially for you and as our goods are perishable we have a turnaround time of 24 hours to get our goods to you so they are as fresh as possible.
Once orders are made, we will be happy to refund in full until 24 hours before the delivery date.
