Can I choose my delivery slot?
Yes of course - at the point of ordering you are able to select your delivery date on the allocated calendar. If this needs to change please contact us
How long will it take for delivery?
From the time of your order, we look to complete all deliveries within 72 hours. This will ensure that your products are as fresh as possible.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
We will leave our box at the best possible place near your door. If you know you won't be in, please do let us know the best place to leave your box.
We will try our best to reschedule a delivery time and date if the request is made before that date. Please do contact us as we are always available to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
As items are perishable, no refunds are permitted once the box is out for delivery.
