This simple receipe is simple to make and will energise you to give you the best start to your day!

Mangoes are rich in protective antioxidants and are a good source of protective compounds with antioxidant properties, meaning it helps boost your immune system.

This flavourful drink is also beneficial for natural weight management. Calories are low as it uses no milk or processed sugar and it is a good option for a nutritious post-workout shake.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 banana
  • 500ml orange juice
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

STEP 1

  • Cut the mango down either side of the flat stone, then peel and cut the flesh into chunks.

 STEP 2

  • Peel and chop the banana.

 STEP 3

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, then process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and use the day you make it.
