What is your favourite aspect of living where you do?
My favourite aspect of living in this area is undoubtedly the people and the breathtaking beauty of the countryside. The community here is incredibly warm and welcoming.
And then there’s the stunning countryside that surrounds us. It's amazing that we get to walk our dog here everyday.
Why have you decided to raise money for your local hospice?
We are supporting Bluebell Wood because they provide invaluable support to families facing the unimaginable challenge of caring for a seriously ill child. By raising funds, we are helping to ensure that families have access to the resources and services they need during an incredibly difficult time.
What’s your favourite fruit?
It has to be apples, not just for eating as a healthy snack, but when you put them in a pie covered with homemade pastry and smother with custard!
What’s your favourite veg?
The good old staple potato – it’s just so versatile, chips, baked, crisps, mash, the list just goes on!
Although roasted carrots and parnsips are hard to beat!
