Radish, Cucumber, Mint, Coriander and Mooli Salad

This recipe can be eaten all year round and is super easy and quick to rustle up!

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS

8-10 radishes, finely sliced.

1 large cucumber, finely sliced

1 Mooli (same size as ccumber) finely sliced.

1 small green papaya, peeled and chopped

1 carrot, sliced,

1 apple, chopped,

2-3 spring onions, sliced

Small handful of mint leaves.

Small handful of coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice to serve.
